Theres loads of bruising and the bicep is abit saggy, Ive not had it looked at yet but I think its a partial tear, it doesn't really hurt now and have full range of motion in it now so hopefully its Ok I do need to get it looked at to make sure but its getting better each day so will see how it goes | ||
