No more training in the gym waiting for equipment, paying memberships, being told I can't use chalk, watching people who have no idea what they are doing, listen to people who like to give out terrible advice, etc. For £750 heavy duty power rack 180 to 90 degree bench 157.5kg of rubber easy grip olympic weights 20kg 7ft olympic barbell Olympic EZ Bar Olympic Tricep Bar Olympic Dumbells (Pair) Olympic Weight Tree I thought it was pretty good anywhere. Everything was brand new. Built it all up last night and christened it today. Hopefully this will mean I can get more videos of my training. Heres the pictures.
