Some very nice powercleaning in that session. Shame you won't be at the Scottish 105s but I suppose that max yoke and the silver dollar wouldn't help your back recover any. Benvie its good to be back training but as you say the events will not be good for the back and the yoke is a killer as im guessing some lads will be up around 400kg! Thanks Neil daddy to be ... : )hope you are well dude! Davy you are right i need to have a goal when it comes to training so this natural comp and events look good for me I hope Cheers John Its a bit of both mate more happy than sad done 10yrs now body is getting older now and taken a toll over the yrs carrying weight and running about trying to keep up with the young lads! plus I only get home 8 days a month you know what its like yourself being away alot! So its a new start as I now have a 5 month boy that I need to spend more time with and gives me more focus on trying to become a strongman | ||

Yeh my back is like glass at moment but had a good week with deadlifts last week so hopefully may be healed up. Weight this am was 106.2 aiming to get down to 104 or there abouts by comp time so dont have water drop or anything what about yourself? | ||

Stone run onto platform Tacky on 120, 136,163f just missed very close on lip of platform Tee shirt let me down on the 163 so took it off for 2nd run 120 , 136, 163f again tired will nail it next week! Awesome 4 hr session in the gym today with some new faces also | ||
