you should watch the stuart mcgill vid mike ...he is a lovely man with lots of SKILLS in back related shizzle , however , your wee back looked SOLID to me !!!

However I'm hoping that this is of now benefit as I am now fit and without injury, lol

Back Squats

  • 60x3
  • 100x3
  • 140x3
  • 180x3
  • 200x3


Press

  • 70x1
  • 90x1
  • 100x1
  • 110x1


Did 3 sets of 30 hypers and the same on crunches... getting some serious work under my belt with these hyperextensions and as much I'm glad I can do them, I'll be even more happy having done them and turned them into pulling regularly again.

15 minutes of stretching my legs and back as they were tight from previous hypers lol

Will update journal tomorrow, sacro iliac jiont and back is all good now... And no belt needed!

Looks like the answer was some patience, regular treatment and rest

Plan is to concern myself now with personal progress and not chasing number for strongman comps

I don't use any of my gym gear and so it's surplus... No other reason than that really

I may take you up on the eBay thing... I have an account but haven't tried to sell on there before and will be putting my two spare cameras and a tele up soon

Bobbed in on Friday for max rolling thunder while checking back and hams... Then mountain biking yesterday with no lower back pain again and pulled today
