Rack Pulls from the knee:
Worked up to a triple with 260kg

Arms Superset:
Curls & BTN Skullcrushers.

Snatches:
40kg, 3 power snatch
40kg, 3 better technique
40kg, 3 getting better
40kg, 3 best - these were proper snatches
60kg, 3 pure powersnatch with some OH squats

Cardio - 30mins on bike.

Well the 150kg bench didn't go up - f**k! The 140kg benches were fast and mostly pretty easy.

First time I have done a proper snatch tonight and it was really fun! 60kg powersnatch was easy but I need more pracice before I drop under it.

Rack pulls were easy. I haven't deadlifted for about a year properly do I'm going to start with rack pulls and progress lower until I'm deadlifting again.

Nice session even without a new bench PB mate. 60kg snatch (power, no doubt) is one of the things I'd love to be able to do one day.

Well. Totally different approach for the next 10 weeks or so. I need to drop the weight anyway to give my joints a rest and I have a holiday in 10-11 weeks time so the belly must go. I will weigh myself and document the progress.

Sorry dude. I will grow another one at christmas.........

Unfortunately: Me + A caribbean island = too paranoid to take my shirt off.

Something must be done.

I'd like to think I can maintain my lifts to within 5-10kg so maybe I'd be a bit more impresive as an 80kg lifter.

Worked up to 120kg 3x10

Push Press:
Worked up to 80kg 3x3

45mins medium cardio.

Used my belt tonight for the first time and holy sh1t it cut me in two! It was so uncomfortable I'm tempted to not use it again.

In saying that it definitely kept me more upright.

Good effort on the squats man!
I dont use a belt, yet everytime i see someone using one in my gym, and this is rather unfrequent, it is worn a bit loose. I know you just bought it but personaly i'd go without.

Not been on here for a while as I have changed my training approach recently in order to lose weight for a holiday and health reasons.

I'm still losing weight and am around 90kg. Appearance wise I have improved ALOT and my lifts still seem half decent.

Benched 120kg 5x5 last night and was deadlifting 170kg for sets of 5 after about a year away from deads.

Its good to be back. Happy
