The rib I have broken is the bottom one and it is broken at the location of my kidney. I can do some things (squatting was a strain to keep tight) but others are impossible. Chins, deads, rows etc. are a no go. It doesn't bother my breathing either so all in all I have gotten off lightly. Good session, quite pleased. | ||

Rib is still sore when benching and I think I am getting a cold but it might just be hayfever - time will tell. I have a stagger in Barcalona at the weekend so i'd like to be fit!!!!! | ||
