Well, I was on a stag night over a week ago and it happened at some point. i'm not 100% sure which incident caused it. Oops.

Secondly, I had to go to Italy last minute and got back yesterday - sorry I missed the Huntly comp lads.

The rib I have broken is the bottom one and it is broken at the location of my kidney. I can do some things (squatting was a strain to keep tight) but others are impossible. Chins, deads, rows etc. are a no go.

It doesn't bother my breathing either so all in all I have gotten off lightly.

Good session, quite pleased.

Last night was my second time ever- I really like the movement but I seem to be slow dipping under the bar as the weights get heavier. Confidence issue.
