*had to ditch the free squats today, too much trouble from a torn oblique I picked up in december! Squats were reasonly comfortable but walking the weight out is extremly painful once I go over 200kg+, lots of shaking and no balance, but it was bearable on the box as the weight is lighter but still enough to get some some work done, I will stay and beast it out on the box for now.

strong training mate. I guess the shaking comes from just being out of practise? happens to me, with lighter weights already, if i take even a short break from heavyish squatting.

For us strongman wannabes Yoke has the same effect, its horrible after some time off, but comes back up quickly.

Thanks mate, the shaking is from the injured oblique, the suit and the belt offer some relief though.
