Awesome stuff Ola. 600lb squat and almost a 300kg pull.

What is the qualifying total for the 100s here?

Great lifting Ola. I'm jealous of that deadlift. You're a natural. I think sometimes you've got to exaggerate the lean back at the top, just to take any doubt out of the referees' minds. My safe opener at the British last week was in your old 46 btw. If I can get my gunz up to the size of yours, the 500'll be a piece of piss!

haha martin, glad you are making use of the F6, you are right about exargeratted lean back at the top, it is something that I have tried to avoid doing because it means you are pulling the bar longer and I have always been coached on locking out with the hips forward rather than leaning back, needless to say that I might have to re-evaluate that if it helps create a false illusion Cool

'Icepick' bo***cks your nickname should be evil kineveil or dangerous dave! Still the most unpredicatble lifter on the platform...your 270 squat was gooood though your sinking em right in i like it.

I agree with Martin on the leaning back. Once you've locked your hips through its not much more effort to just lean back a bit anyway and you would probably have got the 300 if you had.

I will hopefully be seeing you at the british.

dont count on seeing me unless in a loading capacity...i still have to qualify yet with the 'hardest total out of all weight classes' according to Jas (650 @ 82).

Hoping to lift at the end of April either in a local (if it gets organised) or in the scottish open.

Regardless, i will be the weakest lifter on the platform if i do qual.
