Cheers boys. Theory behind it: to nail shoulders with DB press, so they are really tired for push press and hopefully get my legs and tech better.
Then just f**k the tris so they are used to working when fatigued. Just generally training everything to work when tired for all this repping in comps. We'll see if it works come comp time.

Gave this guy money to buy food at his deadlift comp in leicester cus he didnt have any cash on him he had spent it on the day paying to enter comp .........hasnt even said hi yet!!!!............. next time you wont get a penny .

Light tonight to save my side again. It feels alot better and should be back to 100% fit next week.

Squats: (Belt tight again)
1 x 8 @ 60kg
1 x 8 @ 100kg
1 x 5 @ 120kg
1 x 3 @ 140kg
5 x 3 @ 180kg

Light Deadlifts (Belt Tight)
1 x 5 @ 60kg - Double Overhand
1 x 5 @ 100kg - Double Overhand
1 x 5 @ 120kg - Double Overhand
3 x 3 @ 140kg - Double Overhand

Leg Press:
1 x 20 @ 220kg
2 x 20 @ 240kg

Calf Raises:
3 x 20 @ 255kg

Nothing too amazing tonight. Hopefully take over the world next week.
