Just don't get bogged down with them, analyse your weakness and use the appropriate exercise to assist. These should be done with hypertrophy in mind, high reps good form. | ||

Would lads training for a drag medley train leg extensions?? | ||

The purpose of a box squat is to generate dead stop force in the squat, you use exactly the same line as a power squat to do this.
