Although it's a good idea, do you think it's suitable for a place that's going to be a mixture of proper free weights and fitness stuff for women? 'fitness' probably needs to be in title if there's women coming. like 'hot single latvian birds only fitness' or something

"owner's name" gym : e.g rall's gym "something strong" gym. e.g. rhino gym, titan gym, paul savage's gazebo hooks gym. "metal", "something horrible" e.g iron asylum, the steel pit, the iron dungeon, the vanadium vadge-free sweatbox and to attract the ladies, "health", "fitness", "beauty", "studio" etc.. e.g. chorley health and fitness studio.

Thanks for this. Can you think of a combination, such as "Beauty and the Beast"? What do you think of Titan Gym, Rhino Gym etc? Could this work for male and female? I will probably have gym, health or fitness in the name. Either [Town name] gym, [Town name] barbell, or something to that effect. I used to train at a place called Tower Gym, which used to be a church, and it was my first gym and step into lifting.

It's a classic gym/club naming system!

‘downsizing’ Member 5704, 3230 posts SQ 280, BP 210, DL 320810.0 kgs @ 96.3kgs UnEq | Titan fitness sounds good. The word fitness definitely is more inclusive sounding than the countless 'death rows', 'dungeons' and 'asylums', which however good the place may be, conjure images of grunting jacked beasts and used syringes in the bins in the mind of the average noob potential female customer... (well they do in mine too but I like those sort of places haha)

That's awesome Funky, I'm slightly honoured. I think it's a good name - bit of history, still sounds reasonably boss and shouldn't scare away the fitness crowd.
