Thanks Paul. OverHead has baan a constant struggle but the hard work is slowly paying off.

Was Feeling fine for the warmups,had a bit of pain in the first set of 65,but the second set was much worse with the pain spreading to my shoulder. Think i'll have a good couple of months off doing heavy dips now and shall concentrate on Dumbell pressing instead. To be honest,after doing weighted dips as my main chest exercise for a long while now, i'm positive they have no carry-over to any other chest exercise or overhead pressing.

will also watch. andy bolton doesent deadlift heavy from the floor, he does back squats, 15/18 inch deads from below knee (dunno which) then some speed pulls from floor to keep the motion in check.
