The Crossfit KingPin Member 941, 1810 posts SQ 230, BP 130, DL 285645.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | have you ever thought that it wasnt deadlifting it self that was f**king your back up for days afterwards and not helping you progress, but maybe the fact you did 10 sets of 4.....? to me that just sounds silly, maybe if you cut down the sets you would be able to deadlift more often without f**king you back up...? i just dont see how not deadlifting would help your deadlift | ||

The deadlift is an awesome test of strength,but I think there are more productive exercises out there that don't take as much out of you. | ||

Band Pull throughs 3 sets of 23 reps Floor G&H Raise With bands for support 4 sets of 16 reps Abb wheel X 10 +16Kg x 10 x 3 sets Nice easy start to the new squat routine | ||
