My girlfriend got me an ironmind dipping belt,and head harness Suspended Good Mornings Bar x 10 40kg x 8 60kg x 6 80kg x 2 97.5kg x 5 x 3 sets Squats Bar x 10 60kg x 8 100kg x 6 120kg x 4 140kg x 10 x 2 sets Had a bad burning pain in my right knee for some reason. Other than that,the squats felt prety good. Shall start doing my knee exercises with bands again. Floor G&H Raise With bands for support x 12 x 4 sets Shrugs 100kg x 5 140kg x 5 180kg x 5 192.5kg x 5 x 3 sets Standing Band Crunches x 31 x 2 sets | ||
