Whoops. Must have been caused by the sudden rise of sugar in my blood stream from eating the apple. May have to have no more carbs for the rest of the week to normailize it Wink

Chuffed to get the 115. Knew i had it today,and possibly more there. The 10 sets after were very hard work though. Wore my Adidas today and found them much more stable than my Do-Wins. Still prefer the Do-Wins for squating though
