260x2xF - close on both of these got it going out of hole but couldn't finish it, not dissapointed with this, I will not free squat again until I take my 14" Box squat to 285.

Thanks JC.

I've never trained it, I only put wraps on when I get in to my suit. I think if I trained it I could get 20kg out of a pair of wraps.

Thanks Jay, yeah am happy with everything at the minute. Its not to bad will fine.

Haha I think if I trained it I would, but I don't need to squatting in a suit with wraps is different so cba to spend the time learning somthing I don't need.

My DOH is getting good, I feel like I can actually squeeze the bar off the floor mixed grip twists me up, gotta get a riduclous DOH. Crushing grip.

1st Attempt pulled it up got to mid knee and the bat twisted on and I couldn't finish it as I falling over, 2nd attempt s**t. Next time I will go 220 and then straight to 265. Mixed grip needs work.

Hamstring is playing up when I squat in my normal stance so had to go high bar today.

Yeah it was ok, had more there. Yeah I very rarely do them, now and again I will throw them in for a few weeks. I find if my box squat goes up every other type of squat goes up too.
