Haha I think if I trained it I would, but I don't need to squatting in a suit with wraps is different so cba to spend the time learning somthing I don't need. My DOH is getting good, I feel like I can actually squeeze the bar off the floor mixed grip twists me up, gotta get a riduclous DOH. Crushing grip. | ||

Next time I will go 220 and then straight to 265. Mixed grip needs work.
