I'm the same way, actually I've always thought gripping strength for most lifters was more to do with upper back strength and tightness. When a bar slips out of your hands, more often that not it's because your upper back has rounded excessively and puts you into this 'clingin on' mode which weakens the grip.

Didn't have much time again today and haven't really slept in the last three days. All in all happy with today, nothing too taxing. I will dead lift and do some stones on Sunday.

Bands gave 30kg from bottom and slack just below knee, used Orange Elite Efts Bands.

Then did some Bench with Skip Up To 160 fairly easy and some stones a few reps on 135.

First time doing these enjoyed them a lot, and the band set up was good using a pretty versatile rack good bit of kit.

I had a video will put it up at some point.

Then did some Zercher Squats, Hack Squats, Leg Press & Leg Extensions.
