hernia returning due to hobby of patient Member 1306, 1907 posts SQ 270, BP 202.5, DL 340812.5 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | 18/5/10 SQAUTS 60 kg x 12 60 kg x 10 100 kg x 1 140 kg x 1 felt wayy hevier than usual core still feels shaky and crap 140 kg + blue bands x 1 150 kg + blue bands x 1 getting in the groove at this point 160 kg + blue band tension x 1 170 kg + blue band tension x 1 175 kg + blue band tension x 1 raw maybe a pb 190 kg + blue tension x 1 + wraps and belt 140 kg x 3 with red band tension, felt very slugglish and lacking speed 140 kg x 3 with red band, felt a little faster 140 kg x 3 with red band tension fastttterr 140 kg x 3 W/ RED BAND fastest yet 140 kg x 3 w/ red band 140 kg x 3 w/ red band nice and speedy 140 kg x 8 + red bands too failure pin pause wide stance squats 100 kg x 6 140 kg x 2 ok prity good today, at the start i felt really slow and sluggish, in fact judging on how heavy 140 kg felt on the warmup (a weight i have reped 20 times) i felt it was going to be a poor session. However it turned out decent. The blue bands provide roughly 10 kg at the bottom, and a combined weight of 40 kg ish towards the top, so bar weight on the 190 kg was around 230 at the top. over the last 4 weeks ive only worked legs twice, so today was not bad at all, my pb squat is 220 kg raw, to be honest id be lucky to be hitting 215 at the moment however my back feels alot better now, and i will squat 230 kg raw withen 5 weeks. next week more speed work with bigger bands. | ||

I just cant seem to get it right!! my coordination is terrible! i noticed your strict pressing and push pressing is simular like mine, i can strict militery press 115 kg, but can only push press 125 kg although i havent tried them in a while! I was actually considering doing some light partial clean grip front squats, working just on speed and power. Im thinking these might help on the leg drive | ||

hernia returning due to hobby of patient Member 1306, 1907 posts SQ 270, BP 202.5, DL 340812.5 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | 25/5/10 back speed deadlifts 60 x 12 60 x 12 100 x 6 140 x 1 200 x 1 220 x 3 230 x 3 not as fast i would hope but felt light anyway 220 + doubled up mini bands x 1 not bad barbell rows (strict) 70 kg x 15 90 kg x 15 100 kg x 12 nice and strict 120 kg x 10 form slipping and also grip!?! narrow reverse grip pull downs 1 x 6 1 x 8 1 x 10 machine rows 3 x 10 trained with my bodybuilding mate today, so didnt go heavy just focusing on shifting decent weight with good form, slowly deadlifts are starting to feel nice again.. but i dont think i can do 250 kg x 4 like i used too, but certainly getting better as theres now no pain at all. Anyway im more focused on getting my squat to 230 kg. | ||

I have realised compared to the people on jeremy kyle i am very balenced and have great teeth. | ||
