Rules, regulations and commands will be explained on the day and there will be experienced powerlifters in the warm-up room to help out. Entry will be via the link above and will be in two phases. Initial entry will be open to lifters who have never competed or who have only done one competition - this is intended to give priority to absolute beginners. This phase will open on 9th May. We will open up to lifters who have competed twice before on 27th June. In the unlikely event of there being any places left, we will open up to novices from other divisions on 18th July and entry will close on 1st August. This event will be capped at 40 lifters.
