Tweaked something in my back warming up on 240. Every lift afterwards was very painful. Couldn't pull anything other than singles, hopefully it's nothing serious and I'll be fine in a day or two.

Saw physio yesterday and got a plan in place for sorting the back.
Wanted to get a session in as I've not trained the last couple of days and I'm not likely to be able to train the next couple of days.
Obviously the back wasn't loving it but enjoyed the light stuff and really liked the seated log press, definitely something that will be featuring moving forwards.
