Power Cleans 80kg x 5 x 4 Seated DB press 30kg x 10 x 4 Side Lateral Raises 10kg x 12 x 4 Rear delt machine 3 sets 12 Bit o' stretching! Ended up being more of a BB sesh coz my pressing has turned to s**te! Done! | ||

The tanned one with a posh gazeebo Member 811, 625 posts SQ 310, BP 180, DL 300790.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | Tues 15 Jan Bought and fitted olympic rings in garage so did a bit of a workout Pull ups 8 x 5 sets - 2 mins rest between sets Kettle bell stuff (20kg) 10 swings ea arm into 10 presses ea arm into 10 squats into 10 close grip press-ups resting on KBell X 5 rounds with 1 min rest between rounds X2 sets 8 pullups Really enjoyed this sesh, got back pump when finished! Done! | ||

Machine leg curls 12 x 3 sets 10 mins stretching Happy with squats now that numbers are moving up - i have a video of 240 reps which will put on when i get chance. | ||
