My attempt at a training log!

Training Back and tri's Friday 16th Oct

Felt good tonight so thought i would go for a DL 270kg PB

Deadlift kg
70 x 5
120 x 5
170 x 5
220 x 1
270 x fail (got it to my knees with a good drive from the floor but it just wouldnt move any further)
260 x fail (Failed this miserably, barely moved off the floor, WTF goin on!!!)
250 x 1
200 x 12
200 x 12 (pissed off so i repped till i felt sick!)

Lat pulldowns kg
97.5 x 10
105 x 10
112.5 x 10

Single arm bent over rows kg
35 x 10
40 x 10
40 x 10

Triceps
Skulls superset with close grip press
40kg x 12 and 12 CG
45kg x 12 and 12 CG
50kg x 10 and 10 CG

Cable pressdowns
3 x sets not sure what weight i used but increased on every set!

Felt pretty knackered so i went home!

Deadlifts are a bas***d to be consistant at - thats what i tell myself anyway.

I did my 215kg deadlift at the end of July and the closest ive pulled since is 200kg twice. f**king bo***cks.

i find deads come round in cycles for me... hey go great when the goin is good but diabolical when not hahah

Tuesday Oct 20th Leg Workout!

all in kg

Rear Squats
70 x 8
120 x 5
170 x 5
220 x 3 (felt heavy 2nite)
240 x 1 (Equal to PB)
Would normaly do front squats after rears but not enough time 2nite

Leg press not including weight of sliding rack
200 x 10
250 x 10
300 x 10
300 x 10

Leg curls
80 x 10
90 x 10
100 x 8

Core
4 x sets of 20 cable crunches

Good overall workout 2nite, still feelin a little sore from sunday sesh at olympic!

Yes mate, i be the tanned one! woz down at oly gym on sunday for a sesh. Howz the training goin? heard you got a dodgy shoulder?
