solid volume on the farmers & stones

get some more volume in on that sand bag that you and Jack use. might help get some blood moving through the back and help build up the strength levels in the core and lower back to help with stones

Strict Press

Did 3 sets of light seated dumbell press coz for some reason this causes pain in rh shoulder

Cheers chris, im doing reps with lighter weight at the mo coz lots of heavy singles are causing a pain in my rh shoulder. Hopefully will be back with the heavies in 2-4 weeks.

Thats my plan too - ive been going for max push press for the last 4-5 weeks which has paid off because 5 weeks ago my max was 100kg and now im a midges dick away from locking out with 120kg.

But my body is telling me to back off slightly so am going to do what your doing and get some solid repping in at a light weight and hope it carries over.

Like you said though mate, just a blip. Grip is usually solid so no worries really.

Cheers chris, got s**t loads on in nxt couple of weeks, Im hoping to get down on the 20th Dec. Jack is down there 2moro for a sesh so i will be training solo at the office in the morning and off to a christening in the afternoon. Catch up wi ya soon bud!
