Thats my plan too - ive been going for max push press for the last 4-5 weeks which has paid off because 5 weeks ago my max was 100kg and now im a midges dick away from locking out with 120kg. But my body is telling me to back off slightly so am going to do what your doing and get some solid repping in at a light weight and hope it carries over. | ||
