First session back last night after being away. Instead of being fresh and recovered I was 3kg down on BW and felt completely broken lol. Did a few light snatches and CJs, so light it's not worth putting the weights.

Last night, 98kg again. Did some light clean and jerks, then around 8-10 clean singles on 90. Mixed bunch. Clean pulls on 105 then squats on 110. Still in that post-holiday lull, should be back to normal within a week or so. Probably do an upper body strength session tonight, been slacking on it.

Last night, 97kg BW! Appetite has been pretty crap since I got back for some reason. Anyway just did some snatches up to 60, did maybe 4 or 5 singles on that weight, not too bad. No knee sleeves either and it was ok. Then benched for the first time in about 5 months or something stupid. Did 70 for 15 reps (split across 4 sets...) . So weak lol. Then some bent over rows and presses. Will aim to do one of these movements at the end of each session. Severely lacking strength in these areas.

Maybe squat a bit more then! No more of these easy 110 doubles while I shout my way through 120 triples!

Agreed, up is better, will check the scales next week to see how much I need to fill out in the 77kg category.

Tried out a belt for CJs and the pulls today. Couldn't really feel a difference if I'm honest! CJs were better than wednesday, still a bit rusty though. Second clean of each set was quite tough to stand up from! Pulls felt good, squats are getting back to where they were as well. Motivation slowly coming back! Went for a massage after.
