Technique solid incline DB bench 30x12 easy 30x12 very hard Traps and upper back still knackered from Saturday, couldn't get them properly tight for bench. First rep I've missed on this routine, let's hope it's the last! Strong session overall though. | ||

Got lots of videos today, will stitch them all together so you can have a laugh. | ||

Almost failed to press 55, so called it a day and concluded that heavy bench does in fact make the press weaker | ||

Member 4145, 1331 posts SQ 172.5, BP 115, DL 220507.5 kgs @ 100.4kgs UnEq | squats 159x1 good rep but failed the second one! 159x1 terrible rep and failed second again! 159xf well so much for 2x2! think the fatigue has really accumulated over the past couple of weeks. the deadlifts on Tuesday didn't help either. warm ups were unbelievably painful. even now on the way home I'm feeling a bit dizzy. I'm not too fussed as this is the first time I've failed on the routine, it was to be expected. on a separate note I think one of my shoulders is tight.When I was setting up I noticed the bar wasn't symmetrical, felt very unnatural lining it up in the middle. in two minds whether to train on saturday.. | ||
