Super-setted with

Weighted Low Box Squat Jump, 35X1 Tempo:
8kg x 5

Did five sets of each: ten sets total

Back Extensions x 15 x 3 sets

Lying Quad Raises x 15 x 3 sets

Seated Band Abduction - 1 minute x 3 sets

Press up plank, with purple band under hands and over back of head: 30 seconds x 3 sets

(Hardest neck exercise yet!!)

Banded 5 Count Glute Bridges: 10 x 3 sets

Ab Wheel x 15 x 3 sets
