Component Bench (Reverse Band/CAT):

3x100 at lockout
3x180 at lockout
3x200 at lockout
3x220 at lockout
3x250 at lockout +10kg pb (180 on chest)
3x250 at lockout +10kg pb (180 on chest)
3x250 at lockout +10kg pb (180 on chest)

Mechanical Weakness (close grip bench; tricep/lockout)

3x7x130

Supplementary (wide grip pullups; stops upward shoulder drift on bench start)

3x7

Summary:

Coming out of over reach now, bodyweight sat at 103 evening, 100.5 in a morning.

2rm pb of 190kg, then the same weight done 3 week later for an easy triple. Power output considerably more per rep. 220 paused in 6 weeks no problem

There was a stage in the unrack that my ass AND feet was off the floor! Never had so much weight in my hands (I've done 260kg partial rack presses too)

Some heavy work today: 290/215/290



Plenty in the tank on deads given fatigue. Biggest total achieved in a single session, despite not even peaking. I now progress onto a power block is usually where I see the biggest jumps in expressing fitness, which is currently masked by fatigue.
