Erm I don't know. Big change from when I joined 13 year ago. The respect for rank diminished greatly, and standards have defo slipped.

When I was a new lad, people who failed fitness tests were ashamed and given some right grief from their peers....now its much more blase. At one time, if a soldier failed a fitness test, he would be on remedial PT 0700, 1300, 1700, 2100 every day including weekends AND his boss would be with him. Now, they pull out sick chits with a bad fanny or whatever it is.

Going well at the minute despite a knee injury (non-lifting injury may I add).
However, recently did a 260 squat, a 290 dead and a 215 bench and a 140 overhead (just started doing these) post injury.
As soon as I've fully moved (I'm between two homes at the minute) I will start getting more videos up.
I have logged all my training on a spreadsheet and will upload once this block is complete. Cheers

Shame about the knee mate but those are still epic numbers. I'm really interested to see the spreadsheet, I miss overheads.

Lol i remember these days i actually spent some time on remedial but this was voluntarily to try and get my fitness up after a really bad injury.

Sorry not updated here for some time... been super busy coaching and moving house, job and building a mini gym.

My training hasn't faltered though, and just started a 6 month build up to the WDFPF championships.

Here's some of today's highlights from me and 2 of the lads I've been coaching. One started in Jan @ 100/100/180 who is now 150/130/240 @87kg, and the other I've trained for just over a year who has gone from 190/130/230 to 260/160/260 @106kg.

They worked for it though mate!
Commited with no doubts in how they are coached. Both got bright futures. The lad I've trained since Jan is mod 30's and completely new to lifting. Has a bit of base strength from an active job.
