Used a 100kg loaded bar. I try not to push off the leg that will remain on the floor, but pull with the leg on the box to recruit my hams and glutes as they are weak

Might be more...the box is either 14 16 18, or 18 20 24... Its an oblong without rotational symmetry; different lengths on all 3 planes.

Any box is high for these legs....

Yeah, just unloaded bench and off I went. My warm ups are minimal as I hot shower &rt; foam roll &rt; then train. So everything is good to go. I also always have a heater on full pelt;
reduces injury risk, and increases GH production (as studied and proven by Dr. F. Hatfield)
