Cheers graham, it'll come together, just need a lot of practice and gates kicking my arse everytime I get it wrong! Alsways a pleasure to come and train, great atmosphere, fantastic equiment! Canr wait till next session

Not good at all, was pushing from front of feet, folding at the top, just couldn't find my groove

Been a long time since I've done these, enjoyed the feel of them though.

Just watched vids of squats to see the problem, and noticed at start I wasn't stood with hips through, which put me off balance, and at the end I didn't drive hips through to finish solid,
Ah well live and learn
