Farmers 60x30mtrs 100x15mts 130x15mtrs! Pb for me no drops Atlas stones Onto 54inch 110,120 Onto 50inch 155 pb! Was slow as s**t! 170xfail! Broke the floor but just couldn't lap it! s**t technique and everything! Great day, just need to work on upper back strength, speed and aggression | ||

Bench press 60x6 90x6 110x3 142.5x1 PB! Standing ez bar tricep extension 20x6 32x8 42x6 47x4 Rope pressdown 75lbx6 90lbx6 105lbx5 (last 3 was appaling tech) 120lbx2 Punchbag 5 rounds of 30secs on 30secs rest Just need to work on my push press tech, learn how to dip under the bar, as i stall at the same point on every heavy lift | ||

Zerchar squats 20x6 70x6 80x5 100x3 Been a long time since I've done these, enjoyed the feel of them though. Just watched vids of squats to see the problem, and noticed at start I wasn't stood with hips through, which put me off balance, and at the end I didn't drive hips through to finish solid, Ah well live and learn | ||

Block (13inch) 110x3 150x3 200x3 220x2 250x1 270x1! Equalled my pb without straps! 280+straps fail 18inch 60x3 100x3 150x3 200x3 230x1 260x1pb 280x1pb!(Straps) 300xfail 290xfail Then did some 1 arm cable rows and hammer curls to finish, absolutely beaten up! | ||
