Member 1478, 525 posts SQ 300, BP 160, DL 285745.0 kgs @ 130kgs Eq | right todays deadlifting session Deadlift from block (roughly 12inch) 60x6 100x6 100x3 140x3 180x3 (1st 2 double overhand, last had to be mixed) 220x1 Belt and straps 220x5 240x2 Front squats 60x3 60x6 First time ever using chains so not going daft, want to build it up gradually 60kg+chainsx6 (chains wasnt potioned properly still had 3 links on floor at top) 60+chainsx5 80+chainsx4 Lat pull down 50x10 65x8 95x5 95x4 Db Row 40x6 45x6 50x6 finished on a few hammer curls Happy with todays session, normally can only manage to do 1 rep on 180 with double overhand grip, first time deadlifting off the blocks, and the chains we put on wasn't the heaviest, but got good feedback again first time with these aswell, will post some vids as soon as i get them on the computer | ||

Member 1478, 525 posts SQ 300, BP 160, DL 285745.0 kgs @ 130kgs Eq | todays ligth session Body feeling knackered after the last 2 sessions, so went to do some light pressing strict press 40x6 50x6 60x6,6, 80x3 90xfail! must be destroyed Pushpress 90x2,4 100x1 Had no shoulder strength at all today, cant blame them really! had 10 mins pondering what to do then went Standing ez bar overhead tricep extension 30x6 40x6,6,6 Rope face pull not sure what weights are on the cable there just numbered 9x8 10x8,10 11x10 DB side bend 32.5x6 35kgx8,6 Bodyweight dips 6 3 bit ahit really, but then again ive classed it as active rest day | ||
