Then did 5mins light jog on treadmill, that was a new experience! Was going to do dips but triceps have had a good enough workout on all the pressing.

Squats

100x3, Just couldn't get comfortable with wide stance, so reverted back to old stance, just modified with what I learnt from gates

Added knee wraps
230x1pb!!!!!

Leg press

Can't really get full range as belly gets in way ha ha,

Cheers lee, much appreciated, just need to man up and work on them properly, went back to shoulder stance, but kept feet out and pushed knees out aswell, will post vid soon

yeah you dont need to squat wide it's what works for me deffo push knees out though.

You use wraps?

I used wraps on the 230, try not to use them until knees start hurting or near pb

why you will be allowed to use them in every comp, so why not use them all the time also supports your knees

I use knee sleeves for support, or sometimes i put the wraps on very lose if knees are hurting, but for me, i'll train as much as i can normally, then when that fails, strap up and push myself further

265xfail, was so close just couldn't get lock out! From floor to knees was easy, from then on was a battle
