Leg press 50xwarmup 150x8 240x6 280x6 300x6 Can't really get full range as belly gets in way ha ha, Good mornings 60x8 80x8 90x8 Calf raises 40x8 80x8 120x8 160x8 Alternate Hammer curls 17.5x8 27.5x6,6,6 Then bag work interval, 30secs on 1min restx4 and one knackered fatty! | ||

From floor to knees was easy, from then on was a battle 265xfail 235x1 and then to knees 18inch 100x5 150x5 190x5 230x5 Punch bag 4x30secs (didn't fall down this time) | ||

Bench 60x6 80x6 90x5 110x5 Standing tricep ez extension 35x8 40x8 40x6 Tricep rope pressdown 60lbx8 75lbx7,7 Face pull 75lbx8 90lbx8 100lbx8 Strict db press to finish shoulders 27.5x6 each side 30x6 each side 40xfail strict so did 2 push each side. Punch bag 30secs all out 30secs restx4! Pb only dropped to one knee at end aswell | ||
