sorry 2 comps and a local fun day

the stocksbridge was a fun day, not a full on comp mukka, local invites only, which i was s**t at cause it was running about every were ;-)

First session back,
legs and lower back still not recovered properly, so went and did a bit of pressing, nothing too strenuous, wanna save shoulders for junction at weekend

Push press
50x5
60x5
Had to put belt on as lower back was feeling it
70x3

Bench

Assisted dips 2x6

Bodyweight dips 4,3

Upright row

Db in each hand palms in incline skull

22.5x3,4

Knee raises
4x10 last 3 sets was only 5-10secs rest

Was happy wi overhead, just need to keep going in that direction

220x1 (belt+Straps)

270x1 PB!!!!!!!!

270x1 Hitched but for video evidence



Hack squats (first time doing these, thought id try them as squat rack was taken, and back was feeling pumped)

90x6,6

110x6

110x6 (reverse to see if i can hit calfs and immitate a truck pull start)

130x6,4



Then did some standing cable crunch to finish



Well chuffed with 270 pull, i was seeing stars after though, to be honest i was aiming for 250, and cause id been going up in 20's, i for some reason when i got to 220kg, instead of putting a 10 and 5 on either side i put a 20 and a 5 on, so on my first pb, i actually thought it was a 250kg and i was seeing stars cause i was just unfit, then i checked it 3 times and jumped around like a lunatic ha ha!!! then thought moose and southernbrother wont beleive me, so video'd another attempt, which i must admit was hitched

the gym is like a bloody morgue though no music no people haha

Cheers lee, very much appreciated, and your right! The music and all the bodybuilders are in the other side doing bicep curls :-) I get this little area to myself, had earphones in to try focus
