Member 1478, 525 posts SQ 300, BP 160, DL 285745.0 kgs @ 130kgs Eq | First session back, legs and lower back still not recovered properly, so went and did a bit of pressing, nothing too strenuous, wanna save shoulders for junction at weekend Push press 50x5 60x5 Had to put belt on as lower back was feeling it 70x3 80x3 100x3 110x3 Bench 60x6 80x6 100x6,6 Assisted dips 2x6 Bodyweight dips 4,3 Upright row 15x10 25x10 30x10 60x5(s**t form) Db in each hand palms in incline skull 15x10 22.5x3,4 Knee raises 4x10 last 3 sets was only 5-10secs rest Was happy wi overhead, just need to keep going in that direction | ||

Member 1478, 525 posts SQ 300, BP 160, DL 285745.0 kgs @ 130kgs Eq | Right here goes todays session Deadlift from blocks 100x3,2 140x3 180x2 220x1 (belt+Straps) 270x1 PB!!!!!!!! 270x1 Hitched but for video evidence Hack squats (first time doing these, thought id try them as squat rack was taken, and back was feeling pumped) 90x6,6 110x6 110x6 (reverse to see if i can hit calfs and immitate a truck pull start) 130x6,4 Then did some standing cable crunch to finish Well chuffed with 270 pull, i was seeing stars after though, to be honest i was aiming for 250, and cause id been going up in 20's, i for some reason when i got to 220kg, instead of putting a 10 and 5 on either side i put a 20 and a 5 on, so on my first pb, i actually thought it was a 250kg and i was seeing stars cause i was just unfit, then i checked it 3 times and jumped around like a lunatic ha ha!!! then thought moose and southernbrother wont beleive me, so video'd another attempt, which i must admit was hitched | ||

Yoke250x30mtrs drop and turn at 15 330x8mtrs with 2 drops 330x8mtrs(had to fetch it back) with 1 drop Not happy at all, done 330kg a weeks ago for 15mtrs with one drop! Farmers 80x30mtrs 130x14mtrs! Again not impressed Deadlift 60x1 110x1 150x1 200x1 all raw Then belt and straps 250x1 270xfail(lucky I didn't seriously injure myself, had the bar all one sided! 270xfail 270xfail Great session with moose, dom, gates and graham(the DJ) Gates was kind enough to show me how to sqaut properly, jesus didnt realise how far off the mark i was, now to rest back as its not great after the 270 mess up! | ||
