Was suppose to be overhead, but due to moose training tomorrow, thought I'd change it to squat day

60x6,5 (knees and thighs still feeling it from sat's yokage, so decided to just keep it steady)

Knees still not comfortable so knee wraps on

Back was feeling really pumped so

Called it a day, forgot my snap so the day was fuelled by a s**t pr packed sandwich and pasta from asda, even ran out of protein!
But got through is, and luckily protein has been delivered and snap box is ready for tomorrow!

Then did a couple of sets on cable work.

Not happy with today, just couldn't get leg drive to press the weight, I know I can do 120 aswell, by end bicep tendon and front right delt gave me a bit of jip, I think wi legs still been shakey from day before that's what let me down, next time squats will go back to day after deadlifts!

Cheers vausie, wasn't happy with it though, couldn't get comfortable on push at all! Think ill give shoulders a rest till sat now, gid them a hammering last week

You'll prob go s**t and then get a pb. That happens to me sometimes. One day it'll happen on shoulders. Lol

Was expecting to pull good numbers, and wasn't willing to give up with out a fight! Just couldn't do it, either lack of carbs, not enough rest between sets, head not in it, either way my best wasn't good enough today, on a plus side my back felt better leaving gym then going in!

Very pleased with today's session, to say I had such a poor week in gym, but once again fantastic coaching and equipment at junction gym,
And as always a big thanks to graham always there to help and set up for you, what a guy!

Only thing for me after watching deadlifts back on video, I'm not dropping my hips far enough, even though at time I thought I had.
