Member 1478, 525 posts SQ 300, BP 160, DL 285745.0 kgs @ 130kgs Eq | Was suppose to be overhead, but due to moose training tomorrow, thought I'd change it to squat day Squat Barx6 60x6,5 (knees and thighs still feeling it from sat's yokage, so decided to just keep it steady) 100x4,3 140x3,3 160x3 Knees still not comfortable so knee wraps on 180x2 200x2 210x1 Stiff legged deadlift 60x6,6 80x6,6 90x6 Back was feeling really pumped so Laid down leg curls Plate 6x6,6,6 Standing cable rope crunch Plate 8x15 Plate 10x10 Plate 11x10 Called it a day, forgot my snap so the day was fuelled by a s**t pr packed sandwich and pasta from asda, even ran out of protein! But got through is, and luckily protein has been delivered and snap box is ready for tomorrow! | ||

Not happy with today, just couldn't get leg drive to press the weight, I know I can do 120 aswell, by end bicep tendon and front right delt gave me a bit of jip, I think wi legs still been shakey from day before that's what let me down, next time squats will go back to day after deadlifts! | ||

Farmers 60kg 30mtrs turn at 15 100kgx30mts drop and turn at 15 130kgx15mtrs pb! 140kg fail pick up Harness sledge pull moose=170kg 110kg sprint 15mts 110kg+moose sprint 15mts 260+moose 30mtrs had to stop and turn at 15mtrs 370+moose 15mtrs, failed on return Sledge drag 370kg x15mtrs Deadlift from blocks 12inch 70x6 110x6 160x1 210x1(only belt no chalk for these) Straps and belt 250x1pb! 260x1pb!! 265x0 fail! Very pleased with today's session, to say I had such a poor week in gym, but once again fantastic coaching and equipment at junction gym, And as always a big thanks to graham always there to help and set up for you, what a guy! Only thing for me after watching deadlifts back on video, I'm not dropping my hips far enough, even though at time I thought I had. | ||
