Long term goal to take the world record total? Currently 965kg, surely that's in sight? 355/212.5/400

He could beat that. Obviously 50kg at that level, is not going to be easy. But Tom has the potential/graft to make it happen.
Great lifter!

Worth it

I know the feeling. I have a calf strain at the minute. Sore as f**k!

I think, actually I can confirm that you are my favorite lifter and I'm incredibly inspired and aroused by your performance.
Seriously superb work, and I wish you all the best in your rehab but also your quest for even more insane strength feats.

I'd just like to congratulate you specifically on that squat, it's becoming a bit cliche to comment on how you're not a deadlift specialist anymore, but that squat is absolutely world class now and it's clear that there's more to come.

Another 20-30kg heavier...........that would bring in one massive total.go go tom.big well done on the comp, definitely one the best British lifters of all time, amazing athlete, well done sir AdamT04/07/16 @ 20:07
I think he is doing grand what he is doing.
He can have the highest wilks, without putting on unnecessary weight.
He is already the best Brit lifter and among the best on the planet.
Tom will hit 1000 plus in near future.
