Not bad considering lack of sleep ect

Forgot to update, been very busy with life, had some cracking sessions lately though.

Last week squatted 300kg on SSB few days later pulled 340x2 and then hit log clean and strict 120 12x1 EMOM.

Today:

A) axle front squat
100x5
120 3x5
140x5

B) farmers 10m
100 2 runs
140 1 run
180 9.1 meters PB.
140 2 runs

C) sandbag heart shock
4 rounds.

Decent. having fun training, that’s the main thing.
