To get to top level of any sport you have to be genetically gifted. No one complains that top level strongman competitors are f**kin massive or basketball players are stupidly tall. Most of the best benchers in the world have big chests, can arch a lot and have short arms. Just one of the things that make them the best. | |||

everyone is going to be slightly different. It isn't as easy as plugging your numbers into an online calculator and whatever it brings out, hitting it exactly. There is an element of trial and error about it. Things like activity levels, metabolism, accuracy in weighing food are going to have an impact. People need to try it for a few weeks and monitor their weight and then adjust depending on results. | |||

I've been flexible dieting for a while. Love it. I reckon unless you need to be a stage ready body builder it's great for everyone. For low fat highish carb food i normally have One banana 200g fat free Greek yogurt 50gs of oats 10grams of honey 50grams of blueberries. Works out to about 450 cals, 75carbs, 25protein and 4.5 fat. Can add peanut butter for some more fat or some whey for more protein. | |||

Heavy day Agile 8 Squats- beltless 4x3 180kg Paused bench 4x3 127.5kg Deadlift- beltless 4x3 207.5kg. I could be wrong,I'll have to check my file but think this is my heaviest beltless dead. Good session. Squats and reads felt good. Bench didn't particularly although it moved OK. I know most sumo deadlifters are weakest off the floor but does any one have any thoughts of exercises to make me faster/stronger off the floor? I'm already doing deficits. | |||

The crowd put me off body power. From what I've seen its a load of 18/19/20 year olds in vests. Maybe I'm a being a dick. It's a shame tho cause I'd enjoy the powerlifting and strong man | |||
