Last night was my first session of sheiko 29. This is the start of my second cycle of 29-37-32. Sheiko 29 wk1 day1 Starting Sheiko again at 29. Maxes on squat and deadlift have been increased by 5% from my last cycle of 37. Bench has been increased by 2.5%. We'll see how I get on with that increase. Hello this will be my log here. Normal story I've been lurking here for a while and decided to start a log here. I can't find a decent strength gym to train at locally so at least here people much more knowledgeable than myself ( and stronger) can look at my training. I'm 29 and about 96kg,been training for strength for about 3 years. Competed in a powerlifting comp once in 2013 but then had a baby so less time to compete this year. My lifts at the comp were 195kg squat 135kg bench 225kg dead And my best gym lifts now are 205kg squat 155kg T n G bench 240kg dead |
