I used powerhouse fitness for my home gym. They get really bad reviews about customer service but luckily I had no issues.

Took me ages to get over a 100kg and I think I started from a higher point then some.Its definitely one of my favourite lifts but progress is so slow.

Bench went up but overhead didn't really move.

I think most people will say GBPF but I dislike the approved list they have for belts/ wraps/ singlets

It's funny how some weights stick in your head as maxes, I remember 220 being my max for a long time. To get 6 reps seems a bit crazy.

Everything felt good tonight, single felt about Rpe 8 and happy with my AMRAP sets.
