Two .5kg plates So 1x1 206kg new pr 1x1 207.5kg new pr by 2.5kg Bench (T n G) 1x8 60kg 1x5 100kg 1x1 110kg 1x1 120kg 1x1 130kg 1x1 145kg felt quick 1x1 150kg didn't feel so quick.. 1x1 151kg felt better than the 150 weirdly. Not a pr but 1kg more than last time I tested my max. Deadlift 1x5 60kg 1x5 100kg 1x3 140kg 1x1 180kg Belt on 1x1 200kg 1x1 220kg 1x1 230kg 1x1 242.5kg new pr by 2.5kg 1x1 245kg new pr by 5kg Really pleased with those numbers . went in with a goal of a gym total of 600kg. Got a 603.5kg. What's pleased me most is my bench moving again. | |||

I'll try not to hijack the thread and I know this has been discussed before but I'm on the look out for a cheapish bar for my home gym. That looks decent altho I'm not in Ireland so shipping might be a issue. Also been looking at the wolverson Bison bar and some strength shop ones. IVe been trying to decide for ages | |||

Test my maxes then move on. I feel like I'm program hopping, which I don't like but the gym sessions on Sheiko are just taking too long. Well over 2 hours. I think I'm going to move onto powerlifting to win intermediate program. s**t name but its basically Texas method with some auto regulated stuff. Seems to fit well with what I want to do in terms of main lifts and accessories. | |||

Only ever done 137.5kg for a paused single so to get 2x2 paused is a good sign. 130kg paused is starting to feel easier to.
