I agree with JG, it's prob only going to make a very small difference. Even then only if everything else is spot on. Sleep, training and other elements of nutrition. You read that they can be useful if your fasting to provide a small supply to the muscles. Saying that if I was sponsored and didn't have to buy them, I'd take them all the time haha | |||

Ptw intermediate program week 4 day 4 Agile 8 Squat Worked up to 1x3 187.5 equal 3rm but about 5kg lighter bodyweight. Load drop 2x3 180kg got a bit out of line on the third rep of second set and it was a bit of a grind. Left it there, not sure if I had more in me. Be good to get 190kg for 3 next week, we'll see. I'm turning into a coffee wa**er. Brought a cheap espresso machine. Normally drink strong instant or espresso if I have any. I tried hasbean and wasn't really a fan. Tasted more like wine to me. Which could be a number of things, my s**t technique or my cheap taste buds. | |||
