» lower back and testicle pain (Go to post)24-11-2015 @ 13:21
I'd get it checked out but I've had similar issues. I went to see a physio and they told me that the nerves for lower back and bo***cks are very close together. the pain radiants.

Mine was due to a S.I joint issue ( I think)
» Foam rolling/muscle suppleness - what's the point (Go to post)19-10-2015 @ 15:37
I foam roll as part of a warm up and on off days. It does make me feel better but I've also read things about it not being as useful as everyone thinks.

Is it a fad?

They do look pretty nice and the hybrid bar is a very reasonable price.
Do you keep yours in a shed or garage at all? I had to give a strength shop black bar away as it was getting too rusty in my shed, I googled the black zinc oxide finish on the wolverson bar and apparently it's pretty rust resistant but if someone had some experience with it that would be handy.

Sorry for slow reply, looks like you've made your decision.

Yeah keep it in my garage, I've just been following the instructions on the website. Which is basically clean it and put some anti rust stuff on it once a week.

Mines crome not black tho. Think they recently changed

I've had the wolverson Bison bar for about a month. So far so good. Performing well at the moment.
» Online coaching - is it good. (Go to post)01-09-2015 @ 18:46
I've looked into it and it's something that interests me but it seems f**king expensive
