What are the events for the Polish national championships?

1) Farmers 130 kg max distance
2) Hold both hand front weights
3) Dumbell press75 kg
After 3 events stay only 6 guys for final
1) Yok 370 kg distnance
2) Medley events : Deadlift weights tbc (4reps) , run wood log 80kg) , log press120kg (3rdps)
3) conans walk (6 hostess )
