I will be very suprised if you dont end up injured as a result of your technique on this particular movement mate.

How you train is up to you and your a strong guy. Just try be careful with all that hitchin and remember when your hitching your lockouts are not improving.

Thx Hixxy I try do everything to stop hitch and drive biceps
I drop weights again for 4-5 weeks train only reps nice and clean
I train deadlift like hitch over 5 years still not injury my biceps I hope never
I need come to train you again technic technic still need better

No hitch 345kg I want stop hitch last couple weeks train only reps no hitch and stop bending my biceps but I can't
