I have residents when come to UK 10.years ago all need apply for residents
For British citizen need pass exam pay 1000£ + 80£ passport
I no want pay 1000 only for take part strongman Unhappy

some people living UK like me 10 years still can't take part Wales comp or British strongman because don't have passport why cant change this rules

I had good training squat and yoke frame for distance
Squat back only knee sleeves for reps next week again training 10reps but more weight
2 sets 100-10
130-170-200-230 each set 10 reps
Front squat 120-160-8 reps 190-6 220-2
