I couldn't stop shaking. Just an accumulation of fatigue I think after a solid week of hitting PBs, with the deadlift yesterday finishing me off. Not concerned about this. Bench, pinky on ring Last rep of set paused 20kg x 5 x 2 40kg x 3 60kg x 3 70kg x 2 80kg x 1 90kg x 1 92.5kg x 1 95kg x 1 97.5kg x 1 PB 100kg x f Touch and go 90kg x 3 x 2 Happy to hit a paused PB but it was easy and I should have hit 100kg too, just didn't feel right on that set.
