Thought I'd update this as Ive hit a wall with my revision and other Uni work! Not logged for over a month. Still been training hard but just doing some different enjoyable stuff, upped my conditioning and cleaned my diet up and Im currently at 80kg bodyweight feeling really good. Weight training has just been quick 40-60 min sessions without even using my sleeves or belt aiming at just maintaining some kind of strength whilst Im busy with uni and work. Last few weeks I did. Bench flatback 110x6 Strict press 72.5 x5 Deadlift 150x7 Squat 120x7 Will be going back to OSG fulltime once I finish uni for the year and my work hours drop down abit. Also looking to start building back up to my old 3 miler and 1.5 miler pbs and see if I can get back to my previous fitness levels. Also yesterday took the dog for a run did a couple of miles and 5x 85m hill sprints | |||

I can remember knocking out multiple sets of 70 at around 15 years old aswell as using my York plastic weight set lol.More recently I did 52 in a minute a few months ago, nothing impressive. | |||
