Thursday Training Light rehab workout tonight just while im waiting for upper back to heal fully Squats 60kg x5 80kg x5 90kg x3 100kg x3 105kg x3 105kg x3 105kg x3 105kg x3 105kg x3 Very light Lat pulldowns 4x10 Seated Rows 3x12 Really pleased I could squat tonight,concentrated alot on my form as It was light weights,all sets felt nice and easy hopefully get a PB when Im back to 100% | |||

Wednesday training Strict press 62.5kg x5 62.5kg x5 62.5kg x5 -very hard set 62.5kg x5 -even harder,last 3 reps were slow motion 62.5kg x3 -had nothing left Decent session,wanted 5x5 on 62.5 but sure I'll get it next time,upper backs feeling alot better should be deadlifting again in a week or two | |||

Friday Training Bench Press 60kg x10 60kg x8 80kg x3 90kg x3 100kg x2 105kg x1 110kg x1 115kg x1 117.5kg x1 PB 60kg x16 Leg extensions 4x10 Leg curls 3x10 Bit of a random workout,i usually squat fridays but cant due to injury so i just did some bench again,not great but should be back to 100% in a few weeks. | |||

Tuesday Training Was bored out of my mind so decided to do some cgbp CGBP 60kg x10 80kg x5 80kg x5 90kg x5 90kg x5 90kg x5 90kg x5 90kg x5 All good reps nice and smooth Axel Strict press 65kg x2 70kg x1 75kg xF 72.5kg XF pleased to get 5kg off my pb with an injury and also burned out triceps,hopefully get a pb when im at 100%,booked in for physio on thursday so will hopefully find out whats wrong with my back. | |||

Sunday Training Yoke empty run 140kg x20m 180kg x10m f**ker slid off my shoulders 180kg x10m brought it back,dropped again then had a steadier run after the pick up Did abit of tech work with the small 70kg stone as my arms r scabbed up from fridays stones,did a couple of loads to the middle box nice and easy Decided theres no point training when Im not at 100% cause of my slight injury and I just seem to make it worse when I do train so Im gonna take a week off the gym and rest up,maybe do some light pressing if I get bored as this is the only thing that doesnt agrevate it | |||
