Thought id start a new training journal since im doing things other than putting on weight and i have to train at a s**tty gym with only a crap squat rack and appalling benches

Next competition: most likely UKBFF Bodybuilding Sept 28th

plan now is:
GET LEAN BRAHHHH, PROPPER ABZ BRO! THEN ABS TILL 125-130kg
Get raw strength up with the aim of it carring to my EQ strength
ALL LIFTS DONE RAW+BELTLESS UNLESS I SAY ADD BELT

Goal is:
get better at equipped lifting Equipped lifting
Compete in BB show

yeye you ever wore a cap then i came back from america wearing a cap all the time and suddenly a caps on jacks head in all the videos!

this isnt true, they day you came in wearing a cap i also did, you just didnt see because it was off most of the time as i had worn it for so long it felt like i was still wearing it and tom said it might be a brain tumour caused by the hat.

are you sure you dont think you were wearing a cap BECAUSE you have a brain tumor and thats why you repetatively say things are 'of peace'

you dont even have a deadlift of peace so you havnt earnt the right to wear the hat of peace

Ok this is all good! I would try figure out a way of leading your front squats with your knees instead of hips, I understand the habbit is massively difficult to break when you arr so used to sitting back into your squats, but youll be grateful on the heavier weights when you dont have to struggle to keep the bar from tipping off your shoulders.

Lower body
todays session was pretty s**t, yesterday my hip was feeling a bit inflamed from a hit taken on saturday in a maul today i couldnt move it without pain, i THINK itl have passsed by wednesday but well see as i have another game wed afternoon

Front squats
bar x 5 x 3
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5


Ultra wide sumos
60kg x 3 painful to setup and feeling hard
100kg x 1 barely broke the floor and a grinder
Knew i couldnt do much more on sumo so switched to CONVENTIONAL
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
180kg x 1 beltless PB: pretty easy up until the last few inches where i was so hunched over in the upper back it felt like 100% soo left it

SLDL
60kg x 5
105kg x 5




gonna leave it there and do some stretching and hip stuff tonight with my upper body stuff whichll go

CG Pushups

Band pushdown

single arm
mini x 50 x 2

biceps

Abduction
gonna test the waters after stretching and go for the heaviest band i can use with NO pain

maybe some GHRs...
