Having completed my 9 week strength training cycle that I set out for myself at the start of the year, I decided to take a deload week. Got a niggle in my hamstring and shoulder so I decided just to do some light work this week and do some different things just for fun. Treadmill Run 20 minutes Took part in some lactate threshold testing as part of a physiology practical this afternoon. Speed of the treadmill was increased every 4 minutes. My last blood lactate measurement was 15 lol absolutely f**ked by the end of it. | |||
